This is my second time working with Chris - the first was to buy this property.

She is Extremely knowledgeable and stood beside us every step of the way. Working with her is a seamless effort. She goes above and beyond other realtors to insure you get the best price, whether you are buying or selling. She is truly a rare find. I bought my first home (3 bedroom condo) with her as my realtor in 2004, when I moved to Birmingham. She was my realtor when I sold the condo less than a year later for a profit. Of course she also found the home that I bought in Inverness with 5 bedrooms on a golf course. Last year, we sold a home in South Huntsville and once again asked Kathy to be our Realtor, the experience was trouble free and of course she was our realtor on the new home, as well. No matter the size of the home or the budget, this realtor is the one I would recommend.

She, her husband(Ron), and son(Chris) are the perfect set! They are a family of Realtors and will do their very best to help you find the house of your dreams. Kathy always "gave it to me straight." Whatever she said you can believe she knew what she was talking about. And if she didn't know she was quick to refer you to someone who did. The communication was excellent! If I didn't understand something in the process, she fully explained to the best of her knowledge. She and her son and husband would send me links to houses in the middle of the night! I found that exciting, because they were always on top of it. They did exactly what a Realtor is responsible for doing. Looking for houses that match your criteria. Kathy, her husband and son are a fantastic family team of highly qualified realtors.
We meet them by looking at one home they had listed and we ended up using them for all our house hunting and sale of our home. Our home sold amazingly fast and they work really hard when our closing had problems.
